Seth Offei, a communication team member of the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, said that John Dramani Mahama, the former President and flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress, NDC, had all the credentials but couldn’t manage the economy.
Seth Ofei, during an interview on Adoa TV AM Ghana, claimed that John Mahama had held several political positions, including Assemblyman, MP, Deputy Minister, Vice President, and finally President. However, he failed to manage the economy effectively, unlike Bawumia, who has only been a Vice President for seven years.
He expressed his opinion that Bawumia is a top-notch communicator and digitalization expert who aims to further improve if elected. Moreover, Seth Ofei believes that Bawumia will lead the country towards progress because of his optimistic outlook.
