In a statement issued on February 21 by the Northern Electricity Distribution Company(NEDCo) is set to start its third phase revenue mobilization exercise on 26 February 2024.
The exercise targets customers who are owing including state-owned enterprises, District Assemblies(MMDAs), Municipal, Metropolitan, Ministries, Departments and Agencies(MDAs), and private organizations.
In the statement NEDCo has urged customers with arrears to settle their debt by February 23, 2024, to prevent disconnection, embarrassment, and fees assigned for reconnection.
Customers with billing issues to visit NEDCo’s customer service centers with substantial evidence for redress.
