The Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon Samuel Abu Jinapor has made known to parliament that government has earned over two hundred million Ghana cedis from timber harvesters from 2017 to 2022.

His account followed a series of questions put forward before him by members of parliament regarding his ministry.

The minister further elaborated on a number of initiatives put forward by his ministry to deal with illegal sand winners in the country.
