The minority caucus in parliament has expressed satisfaction with the speaker’s directive of disapproving the new ministerial nominees of the president, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo pending an injunction at the Supreme Court.
According to them, the injunction suit filed at the apex court restrains parliament from approving his nominees.
However, they have called on the president to reduce the size of his government to save the taxpayer’s money and also threatened to impeach him should he continue to pay no regard to the Constitution.
