On Sunday, 27th July 2025, the Global Co-Convener of the Anglican Communion Youth Network, Mr. Reginald Pepsival Robertson was officially commissioned for this global role on behalf of the Anglican Consultative Council as indicated in a letter sent to the Archbishop of Ghana, from the Rt. Rev’d Anthony Poggo – Secretary General of the Anglican Communion.
The commissioning happened at his local parish in Ghana St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, Accra. Which was attended by national Presidents and representatives of all youth related bodies in the Internal Province of Ghana.
The ceremony, which the Primate of the Church of the Province of West Africa and Metropolitan Archbishop of the Internal Province of Ghana was desirous of attending, was held up at an equally important event in Hong Kong. He tasked the Diocesan Bishop of Accra, the Rt. Rev’d Dr. Daniel S.M. Torto to lead the commission on his behalf.
The well attended ceremony was graced with the presence of senior Clergy, Diocesan Officials of the Diocese of Accra, family members and well wishes.
Mr. Reginald Pepsival Robertson has also been appointed as the Provincial Youth Coordinator for the Internal Province of Ghana (IpG) by the Archbishop in a Solidarity message read on his behalf by the Director of International Relations for the Province.
