The Black Stars will depart Casablanca for Meknes on Tuesday as they prepare for a crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against the Central African Republic. The team has been based in Casablanca since Sunday, using the Mohammed V Sports Complex for intensive training sessions.
Ghana is scheduled to face the Central African Republic on Wednesday, 8 October 2025, at the Stade D’Honneur de Meknes, with a kickoff set for 16:00 GMT.
With just two matches remaining in the qualifiers, the Black Stars currently lead Group I with 19 points. They are aiming to secure a fifth appearance at the FIFA World Cup, and a win on Wednesday would bring them a step closer to that goal.
