The Ghana Olympic Committee held a productive meeting with Member of Parliament for Buem Constituency and Sports and Recreation Minister, Hon. Kofi Iddie Adams to solidify plans for Ghana’s participation in upcoming International Games.

The minister pledged government’s unwavering support for the nation’s Africa Youth Games in Angola Luanda, the Youth Olympics in Dakar, Senegal and the Commonwealth Games in Scotland.

Hon.Kofi Adams charged the Ghana Olympic Committee to implement a comprehensive preparation program that will ensure Ghana succeeds at the various games.

During the meeting, the Ghana Olympic Committee formally presented the medals won by Team Ghana at the recent ANOCA Zone III Games in Burkina Faso to the Minister celebrating the nation’s recent sporting success
