According to Professor Dodoo, the cathedral’s rich history and cultural significance make it an ideal location for a museum.

The church, located at the rear of the complex, will showcase the cathedral’s valuable artifacts, including handwritten Bibles, crowns, and other historical items.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the cathedral, which will be offered at no additional cost.

This initiative aims to promote cultural heritage, education, and tourism in Ghana as well as increasing evangelism.

The Holy Trinity Cathedral, built in 1893, has played a significant role in Ghana’s religious and cultural landscape.

This new development is expected to attract local and international visitors, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the Church’s history and cultural diversity.

The anniversary celebration was attended by dignitaries including the President of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo with his wife Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo, clergies, and members of the community, who welcomed the initiative with enthusiasm.
