Mr Kadevi Selasy, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication Officer for the Awutu Senya West Constituency, has reportedly been found dead in Nkwadum, a suburb of Awutu Bontrase in the Central Region.
According to reports, ,Mr Selasy was discovered hanging on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
Earlier that morning, Mr. Selasy had asked his wife to accompany him to ease himself twice.
She agreed the first time but declined his second request, leading Kadevi to go alone.
When he did not return after some time, his anxious wife went to look for him, only to find him dead.
The tragic incident has shocked the community, and investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
