Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and former President John Mahama has charged the National Executive of the party to continue to work tirelessly towards the victory of the party in the 2024 General Elections.
While congratulating them on the occasion of their 1st anniversary as National Executive, John Mahama stated that he was confident that with unity, hard work, dedication and commitment, the NDC will become victorious in 2024.
“My dear NDC national executives, it’s your first anniversary in office, and I want to congratulate you for your hard work, dedication and commitment.
This is commendable. Let’s continue to work tirelessly for victory in the 2024 elections.
We have a lot to do, and I am confident that together we can achieve great success,” John Mahama tweeted.
John Mahama faces stiff opposition from Dr Mahamudu Bawumia of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2024 General Elections. While the NPP is suffering from ‘incumbency disadvantage’ due to prevailing economic challenges, many political watchers have argued that the NDC still needs to work hard if it wants to win the 2024 elections. But the NPP is confident of winning in 2024.
