Kenneth Kabu Kanor, a member of the Communications team for the Opposition Party (NDC), has stressed that the flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia is nowhere close to the flagbearer nominee of the NDC.
He made this statement in response to a question posed to him as to whether the NDC’s nominee can match the vice president’s pedigree and experience.
Mr. Kabu added that the performance of the Vice President is an indication that anyone at all can be a vice president.
” Look….if we see the performance of Dr Bawumia, I think any ordinary person can be a vice president” he emphasized.
The issue of who partners the flagbearers of the two main political parties going into the 2024 general elections has been a matter of public concern for the past few days.
