Ghana’s volleyball team beat Benin in the Men’s final Pool Match with a magnificent two-zero victory. With victories over Togo, Senegal and Benin in the group stage, the team have qualified for the knockout stage of the competition
Seidu Adjanaku, who calls himself “George Foreman Of Beach Volleyball” came out of retirement to help the team in the African Games.
The team recovered from the first set against Togo to beat them by 2-1 and went on to dominate against Senegal (2-0) and Benin(2-0) which was played at Laboma Beach.
The women have also qualified for the knockout stage awaiting the draw which will be conducted later in the day.
