Madam Gifty Mensah, a communicator for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), recently stated on the “Am Ghana” show on Adoa TV that, Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia is effectively leading the country. She praised Bawumia’s structured approach and emphasized that if Ghanaians closely examine his contributions, they would undoubtedly support him. Mensah also commended the government’s efforts in implementing various interventions to support the less privileged, notably mentioning the “1 District 1 Factory” initiative.
She emphasized Vice President Bawumia’s focus on developing partnerships with the private sector to boost economic growth. She also criticized the opposition party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), for repeatedly raising concerns about unemployment without acknowledging the significant number of young people who have secured employment under the current government. The NPP spokesperson reiterated the government’s commitment to resolving issues faced by the youth and emphasized the importance of utilizing the available opportunities.
Expressing dismay at the behaviour of some NDC communicators, Madam Gifty Mensah condemned their tendency to resort to insults when discussing Bawumia. She advised those who are experiencing difficulties to consider finding other sources of income. She emphasized the significance of self-reliance in achieving personal prosperity. She therefore highlighted the need for one to desires a meaningful employment and urged the public to recognize and appreciate the government’s efforts to create job opportunities.
