ECG addresses consumption rate of smart meters, other matters 

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has apologised for the inconveniences some customers have experienced following the installation of new smart meters. The power distribution company has also pledged to reimburse customers who had prepaid credits on their meters before they were changed.
